David Douglas Tengey is a visionary leader and the driving force behind the Africa Global Investment Expo and the David Douglas Leadership Forum (DDLF). With over a decade of experience in fostering youth empowerment and driving sustainable development initiatives across Africa, Mr. Tengey’s work is marked by innovation, strategic vision, and a relentless commitment to positive change.
As the Founder and Executive Director of DDLF, Mr. Tengey has spearheaded numerous impactful projects, including the provision of laptops and educational resources, the construction of sanitation blocks, and the establishment of clean water initiatives in communities and institutions.
Mr. Tengey’s leadership has empowered countless young Africans through mentorship, coaching, and leadership training, in collaboration with esteemed partners such as the John C. Maxwell certified team members, Thunderbird School of Global Management, and various international organizations.
